The Challenge
A 200-person services firm had knowledge siloed across hundreds of Notion pages, PDFs, and email threads. New hires spent 2+ weeks getting up to speed, and senior staff were constantly answering repeat questions.
Our Solution
Built a RAG pipeline using Claude API and LangChain. Documents ingested from Notion, Google Drive, and uploaded PDFs into a vector store. A Next.js chat interface lets employees ask questions in natural language and get cited answers. Includes task routing: the assistant can draft emails, create Notion pages, and assign tasks.
Results
- New hire ramp-up time reduced from 2 weeks to 3 days
- Senior staff reclaimed ~6 hours/week from repeat questions
- 95% answer accuracy on internal knowledge queries
- Rolled out to all 200 staff within 1 month
