The Challenge
A retail chain with 4 locations was managing inventory, staff rotas, purchase orders, and P&L across 6 disconnected spreadsheets. Reconciliation took 2 days every month.
Our Solution
Built a unified ERP with React + Node.js. Modules: inventory with low-stock alerts, purchase order approval workflows, staff scheduling with leave management, and a finance module with automated P&L reports. Role-based access for managers, staff, and accountants.
